Batty's Resort is located in the Howard Creek area of the northeastern part of Bull Shoals Lake near Mountain Home, Arkansas. The Bull Shoals Dam on the White River Near Mountain Home Arkansas impounds Bull Shoals Lake making nearly 1,000 miles of rugged shoreline and 50,000 acres of water. We have over 14 acres of lakefront property and wooded land with 15 rental cabins and cottages. Batty's Resort has the right accommodations for every sized group. The vacationing family, the weekend or tournament fisherman, water sports enthusiasts, family reunions, visitors looking for lakefront real estate and property, or out of town shoppers looking for antiques. At Batty's we strive to go the extra mile that make everyone's stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible.

Comfortably Equipped Accommodations

Batty's Resort has 15 cabins of different sizes and floor plans to fit most needs.

All of our cabins have air conditioning, gas heat, fully equipped kitchens with utensils, microwave and coffee maker. The living room spaces offer televisions and fold-away futons in case you may have extra guests.

All cabin bathrooms are private, equipped with showers, and stocked with fresh towels and linens. Each cabin is equipped with a BBQ grill, outdoor furniture, and most have decks so you can enjoy the beautiful lake views and the peaceful Ozark Mountain setting.

Recreation, Relaxation, Fishing, Water Sports...

Fishing boat rental and pontoon boat rental are available to our guests. If you tow your own boat, we are equipped with 2 floating boat docks for a total of 14 slips, all equipped with electricity. The kids (and adults too!) will enjoy cooling off in the clear waters of Bull Shoals Lake at our swimming dock or playing one of the games in our indoor game room.

We are a full service resort that strives to meet all your needs, with ice, bait, and fishing licenses available for purchase

We invite you to come fish, boat, water ski, scuba dive, and of course, relax in this beautiful Ozark Mountain setting on Bull Shoals Lake. The water is extremely clean and clear, making swimming and water sports enjoyable from Spring to Fall.

If Bull Shoals Lake isn't enough, Batty's Resort is surrounded by other fisheries and rivers that provide rich and diverse fishing and recreation opportunities. The White River is 40 minutes away and offers great opportunities for the trout fishing trip of a life time with a nearly year-round fishing season. Lake Norfork is less than an hour away and offers tremendous striper and bass fishing.
